Earnhardt CDJR in Gilbert, AZ is currently seeking experienced OR motivated individuals willing to learn.

We are looking for candidates with good personal skills to work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere!

Applicants must be 18 years (or older) with a valid driver’s license and ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: up to $100,00.00/yr

Responsibilities include:
· Use your knowledge of Earnhardt inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
· Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
· Complete all relevant record and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers
· A deep, functional understanding of supporting software systems critical to a sales operations such as:
o CRM software
o Equity Mining Software
o Customer communication tools
